So last Monday we went to watch the Boston Marathon. It’s the world’s oldest Marathon, and it had about 27.000 people running (I might be wrong)and participants from 90 countries. I saw some Swedes running in there as well (:
We were helping the alzheimer’s association to cheer.
This is what our station looked like. So with other words our job meant wearing big purple shirts and screaming at people to run- not way too bad with other words.
That’s my sign over there “Run as you took something” :) It sure made those runners who looked at it smile a bit, or laugh.
They even gave us these blow horns. Our station sounded like several dying wales, or something, for a while.
So many people running.
Some people dressed up as well when running. I liked this guy’s costume. A lot.
And there were police who went by every now and then, to move the people who were cheering (us) back a few meters.
